I can't say enough about White Wheel, they are my go-to auto shop for all the right reasons. Recently, I found myself in a bind with a tire issue and they fit me in at the last minute without hesitation. While they were fixing the tire, they noticed another issue that would need attention eventually. Instead of pushing me to repair it immediately, they simply advised, "You have this issue that will need to be addressed, and should be addressed before the snow flies." Their approach was refreshingly honest and straightforward. This wasn't the first time they’ve impressed me with their integrity. A while back, my brakes were making a lot of noise, so I took the car in. After inspecting them, they told me, "We could replace them, but if you can tolerate the noise, they still have plenty of life left." Concerned about safety, especially since my daughter drives the car often, I asked if it was truly safe. The owner confidently reassured me, “If it was not safe, I would not let you leave.” In a world where many repair shops might pressure you into unnecessary repairs, White Wheel stands out for their honesty and customer-first approach. It’s truly a rare find to have a place like this that’s on your side. I Highly recommend them.

A few years ago, I had the road force balance performed on my tires at White's. It was the best tire balance I've had. It was time to replace my tires, so I had White replace and balance the new tires and perform an alignment. Everything was just as good as I expected.it to be.
